Remember that as a buyer you have a far-reaching duty to investigate. You are obliged to inform Maskinera upon collection of the auction item if you find that the item differs substantially from the auction item presented. Please note that this must be done before the auction item leaves the site.

Auction items that are listed as defective or as spare parts cannot be claimed. Passenger cars and light trucks with an estimated value of less than 40 000 SEK are classified as defective/spare parts and cannot be claimed.

Please note that all items auctioned on Maskinera.se are available at the owner's premises.
